4將餃子皮上下對摺

5從左至右慢慢捲起

6翻開花瓣整形

7平底鍋內加入少量油,轉動鍋體,將油散開,在鍋里排好玫瑰花餃,中小火煎約l分鐘。待餃子底有薄薄一層金黃時,沿著鍋邊倒入半碗水,蓋上鍋蓋,悶煎5分鐘。5分鐘後打開鍋蓋檢查,如果水都煎乾了,再加半碗水,蓋上鍋蓋悶煎。3分鐘後打開鍋蓋,開蓋煎至水收干盛盤
8依個人口味調好蘸料,開吃
