原料
豬脊肉(凈瘦): 適量, 姜: 適量, 蔥: 適量, 香菜: 適量, 味極鮮: 適量, 油辣子: 適量, 醋: 適量, 生抽: 適量, 鹽: 少許, 糖(也可不加): 少許
步驟
1豬脊肉洗凈放水裡煮熟,瀝干水分備用

2鍋里油燒熱,放入煮好的瘦肉炸至金黃色

3切成薄片(請忽略我的刀工),切太厚吃起來會有點柴

4姜切絲,蔥跟香菜切碎

5加入蔥,薑絲,香菜,油辣子(步驟2瘦肉從游鍋里撈起來後可以用剩下的有油做油辣子),味極鮮,生抽,醬油,少許鹽,少許糖(不喜放糖的可以不放,我就沒放),拌勻後裝盤
