原料
中粉: 85, 酵母: 2, 溫水: 45, 馬蘇里拉芝士: 適量, 番茄醬: 適量, 橄欖油: 適量, 培根: 2片, 厄爾多瓜白蝦: 6隻, 洋蔥: 1小塊, 甜椒: 半個, 青豆: 適量, 玉米: 適量
步驟
1酵母放入溫水中靜置2分鐘,然後慢慢倒入麵粉中,邊倒邊攪拌,揉成光滑麵糰在溫暖處發酵1小時,發酵至麵糰變成2倍大小
2發麵的時候準備材料:蝦去殼去蝦腸,甜椒切圈,洋蔥切絲,培根切小段
3發酵好的麵糰用手壓扁排氣,滾圓,裹上保鮮膜十分鐘,將麵糰擀成披薩盤大小,放入披薩盤中,用叉子扎一些小孔,裹上保鮮膜靜置20分鐘
