步驟
1黃豆提前一天晚上泡上,第二天早上做,或者早上泡上晚上做

2第二天把泡豆子的水倒掉,把清水和豆子放入豆漿機

7再將豆渣用力擠,還能擠出好多豆漿,擠出的豆漿倒入之前過濾的豆漿里

8把所有豆漿再過濾三遍

9用厚底鍋煮豆漿,我之前用電磁爐發現容易糊底,還是用火比較好,煮的過程要不停攪拌,火不要太大,開鍋後再煮一會兒,不要開鍋馬上關火

10開鍋後再熬2-3分鐘關火

11關火後讓豆漿冷卻一會兒,我們準備30ml溫水

14將內酯溶液倒入阿迪鍋內

15這時豆漿溫度差不多了,將豆漿拿高一點沖入內酯溶液中

16用濾網撇去泡沫,不要再攪拌了,不要動
