11以上調料混合一起攪拌均勻,然後準備合適的鍋,我用的是牛油,比菜油好吃點,放油的量建議是炒菜的兩倍,鍋底倒油,鋪洋蔥和青菜,然後是雞翅,最上面一層鋪蝦,大火燒開5分鐘後用小火燉10至15分鐘肉熟了即可
