5水開後把雞爪倒進去,煮1分鐘左右就可以了

7鍋子洗凈,雞爪放進去,放入八角和桂皮。八角和桂皮不宜放多,放多了濃重的佐料味會遮蓋住雞爪本身的鮮美味道

8把1小碗可樂倒進去,可樂含有糖分,提到提鮮去腥的作用

9再加入清水,沒過雞爪即可(如果全用可樂不加水的話,會使煮出來的雞爪太甜)

10倒入適量老抽和鹽,起到上色﹑入味的作用。老抽不要倒太多了,過多會使雞爪發黑

11開鍋後,轉小火慢慢煮。大約煮20分鐘,湯汁變的很少了
