雞蛋: 1個, 蜂蜜: 40g, 紅糖: 35g, 食用油: 10g, 奶粉: 10g, 燕麥(桂格快煮麥片/桂格即食麥片): 170g

1將雞蛋打散

6加入燕麥調勻

7在烤盤裡墊上油紙,將燕麥鋪平約1cm厚度,烤箱預熱,放入中下層,不超過160℃,20分鐘左右(根據自家烤箱調整時間)

8放涼後,掰碎,也可以切~ 更可以做成可愛的形狀再烤~ 我比較偷懶~就直接掰了~

低溫烘烤!!! 注意時間!!! 最好能在旁邊看著點 不然一不小心就會烤焦~
