小技巧
1.市場有剝好的毛豆賣,不想剝毛豆的同學可以直接買毛豆仁; 2.油條不禁煮,放入鍋中稍滾即可; 3.此道菜可選用吃剩的老油條,不僅筋道有勁,而且入湯後不易散; 4.毛豆雖營養豐富,不過一次最好不要吃太多,因為毛豆是高能蔬菜,能量和脂肪都比較高; 5.多數油條還是屬於高熱量、高油脂、少營養的食物,偶爾為之即可,不宜多吃。
