蛋白: 40克, 黃油: 25克, 低粉: 15克, 杏仁片: 55克, 糖粉: 40克, 香草精: 1/4小勺
步驟
1黃油隔熱水融化備用

2蛋白中加入糖粉攪拌均勻至糖融化

3接著加入步驟一中的液態黃油,拌勻;再加入幾滴香草精,同樣用手動打蛋器攪勻

4篩入低粉,攪拌至無顆粒

5最後加入杏仁片,用刮刀拌勻

6用個小勺子取一小點麵糊攤開鋪平在鋪了油紙的烤盤上,不用放太多,因為烤的時候會化開,記得要攤開攤均勻

7再放入預熱的烤箱中層,上下火175度,烤6分鐘左右即可,如果想要更脆一點可多加2分鐘

8出爐後趁熱放在擀麵杖上或用筷子塑形,冷卻後就變脆了
