高筋麵粉: 200g, 低筋麵粉: 50g, 酵母: 3g, 雞蛋: 1個, 細砂糖: 40g, 鹽: 3g, 黃油: 25g, 火腿腸(我用的無澱粉): 4根, 牛奶: 適量, 雞蛋液(刷表面): 適量, 白芝麻(裝飾用): 適量
步驟
1食材稱重好,除黃油外,將所有食材揉成一個光滑的麵糰兒

2再加入黃油,揉至擴展階段,蓋上保鮮膜,放溫暖處發酵

3至2-2.5倍大,排氣,平均分成四份,滾圓,蓋上保鮮膜鬆弛20分鐘

4取一個麵糰兒,擀開,以一根火腿腸的長度為準

6捲起,卷緊

7捏緊收口,收口朝下,烤盤鋪上錫紙,放在烤盤上面,注意保留間隔

8進行最後一次發酵,至兩倍大即可,注意保持溫度和濕度

9預熱烤箱180度,刷上蛋液,撒上白芝麻
