1準備材料(排骨洗凈控水備好)~

2所有配菜洗凈切好備用(土豆片,藕片,胡蘿蔔另裝盤)~

4鍋內倒適量油待油溫熱放入排骨~ 不時翻動,炸的均勻~ 炸至金黃色即可~ 撈出裝盤備用~

5繼續將土豆片,藕片,胡蘿蔔,過油炸至變軟撈出備用~
