1首先準備熬制焦糖醬材料:細砂糖、水、淡奶油

2奶鍋加入細砂糖和水加熱(淡奶油如果是冰箱取出的需要坐溫水,溫差太大容易使糖結塊)

3糖變成焦糖色後關火

4一手慢慢倒入淡奶油的同時另一手用刮刀迅速攪拌,煮好的焦糖醬徹底晾涼備用

5準備好蛋糕用料:黃油、細砂糖、雞蛋、低筋麵粉、泡打粉、杏仁粉、焦糖醬、杏仁片

6黃油切小塊,至手指壓進去略用力可以戳入即可,加入細砂糖,用刮刀將兩者混合
