原料
黃酒: 適量, 帶魚: 2條, 鹽: 適量, 胡椒粉: 適量, 麵粉: 適量, 姜: 半隻, 蒜: 3瓣, 小蔥: 若干, 醋: 適量, 生抽: 若干
步驟
1帶魚洗凈切段,放入鹽、胡椒粉、黃酒等拌勻,腌三小時;

2入味後的帶魚段用麵粉裹勻;
