豬皮: 適量, 蝦米、香菇: 少許, 豬肉: 適量, 肉卷片: 自願下, 白菜: 適量, 蔥段或蒜段: 適量, 鹽、味精、胡椒粉,油: 適量, (鹽、味精也可以用腐乳塊替代): 一小塊
步驟
1肉皮要先浸泡水中一天,泡至肉皮鬆軟且不失彈性即可(我家的肉皮,都是孩子們用新鮮的豬肉皮,煮熟曬乾,然後在燒陶瓷器的窯烤豬皮) 香菇也用水浸泡

2準備所有材料
