原料
冬瓜: 1000g, 紅糖: 250g, 冰糖: 50g, 薑片: 幾片
步驟
1冬瓜洗凈,把冬瓜切成一小塊一小塊,連皮帶瓤

2找一個大盆,把切好的冬瓜放進去,再把紅糖倒進去

3攪拌均勻,腌兩個小時。不用加水,冬瓜會自己出水哦!

4把腌好的冬瓜倒進鍋里,加入冰糖,大火煲開

5煮開後加入薑片,轉小火繼續煮1個半到2個小時

6全程是不用加水的,如果實在燒乾了可以適當加一點水

7過濾,並擠壓冬瓜渣,把汁留下

8裝罐,放涼了冷藏保存。喝的時候拿出來舀一點,兌水喝
