5下油鍋炒香配料,按個人口味加少許花椒八角,倒入燜鍋(我用的是小火鍋)

6依次在燜鍋中加入配菜

7200度加熱五分鐘。調製配料:蚝油八勺,豆瓣醬三勺,糖一勺,或者再繼續添加家中能加的其它醬料
8加入2/3調料,擺入蝦子,繼續加熱五分鐘,再加入餘下的調料,繼續低溫加熱五分鐘~~~OK啦~~~
