原料
水糯米粉: 400克, 可可粉: 2小t, 80度熱開水: 320克左右(酌情增減), 餡料: 適量
步驟
1將餡料平均分成10克左右(在墊子上撒上少許糯米粉防粘)這次我偷懶了,買了現成的餡。豆沙餡我以前也做在這裡

2水糯米粉中慢慢倒入80度熱開水,揉勻。(要多揉會,如果幹再稍加點水)

3揉至麵糰光滑、不粘手

4手上墊張保鮮膜,取15克左右的麵糰。用手壓扁後放上豆沙餡

5慢慢捏緊收口,滾圓

6在做的過程中,如果麵糰乾了,再加少許熱開水,再繼續搓揉。滾圓後放在紗布上或者底下撒粉防粘

7做雨花石黑芝麻湯圓,麵糰搓揉後3,取出一半麵糰加2小t可可粉,繼續搓揉,酌情加少許熱開水。(熱開水,我就用平時喝的飲水機里的熱飲用水)

8可可麵糰和白麵糰分成各兩份。搓成長條狀。4份麵糰兩兩疊起(可可、白、白、可可)捏緊。(我搓的時候有些干,我在分割後,再粘少許水搓揉)

9將麵糰分成15克左右/份

10包上黑芝麻餡,滾圓。(層次不齊的樣子是不是有點像雨花石。)包好的湯圓,熱水開後,開鍋煮3-4分鐘,圓子浮上來即可吃啦~~(多的湯圓放冰箱冷凍室)
