10將麵糰拍扁排氣,分為17克一個小麵糰搓圓鬆弛幾分鐘備用

11將每個小麵糰里包點肉鬆收口捏緊收口朝下放置

13發酵至麵糰鬆弛體積變大取出

小技巧
1.第二次發酵時放進烤箱不要開火溫,烤盤下面放盆熱水
