1茄子去皮切斷

2下鍋清水煮,直到茄子軟了(用筷子戳戳看),然後把茄子搗爛,稍微瀝一下水,不然炒的過程會出很多水

3蒜頭切碎

4放油,爆一下蒜頭,將搗爛的茄子下去翻炒,再放肉末下去炒

5炒到肉熟了,水也沒那麼多了,就打一個雞蛋下去,翻炒均勻,再放點蚝油下去,顏色和味道都會好很多

1.茄子用白色的會更香哦 2.茄子比較容易燒焦,一定要注意翻炒
