原料
雞蛋: 5個, 細砂糖: 70克, 低筋麵粉: 80克, 牛奶: 40ml, 植物油: 50ml, 雲呢拿香油(香草油): 1 茶匙
步驟
1預熱烤箱至攝氏170度;將蛋白及蛋黃分開;

2蛋白加入30克砂糖,打成蛋白霜;

3蛋黃加入40克砂糖,打發至淺黃色;

4加入植物油、牛奶及雲呢拿香油拌勻;

5篩入低筋麵粉及粟粉,攪拌至沒有顆粒;

6將1/3蛋白霜加入蛋黃醬拌勻;

7然後倒回剩餘的蛋白霜中,輕手攪勻;

8蛋糕模放上油紙,將麵糊平均倒在模中,大約3/4滿;
