原料
低筋麵粉: 360克, 白砂糖: 120克, 黃油: 160克, 全脂奶粉: 80克, 土雞蛋: 2個
步驟
1稱好配料;黃油軟化,分三次加入白砂糖打發,黃油的顏色變淺,呈乳霜狀,打發到體積微膨大;再分4-5比加入雞蛋液打發;奶粉和低粉混合過篩加入黃油中,戴一次性手套拌成麵糰,得注意不能過度揉麵糰,只要成團即可;

2揉好的麵糰扔保鮮袋裡整成有1厘米厚的麵餅,再脫去保鮮袋包在吸油紙中擀均勻厚度;

3打開一半的吸油紙進行印圖案,再用圓形不鏽鋼鳳梨酥模切脫餅乾花型;

4整齊的排在金色烤盤上,烤箱140度預熱(烤箱的溫度自己控制,我的烤箱溫度偏高只能140度烘烤)

5預熱後放入烤箱;
