金針菇, 蒜, 香蔥, 海天海鮮醬油, 海天蚝油, 色拉油, 鹽, 糖
步驟
1金針菇、蔥、蒜準備好

2蒜、蔥切末

3海鮮醬油和蚝油加少許鹽、白糖、水調勻,沒有海鮮醬油,可以用生抽或鮮醬油代替

4金針菇剪去根部,用鹽水泡一會,瀝干水,排在盤子裡

5把切好的蒜末放在金針菇上

6調入調料,再加少許水,封上保鮮膜,面上用牙籤戳幾個小洞

7把盤子放入微波爐,高水2分鐘
