2将饧好的面团擀开成均匀的薄面皮,铺撒面粉防粘,叠起,用刀切成粗细均匀的面条,抖散晾开

3锅里放水,水开后下面,煮一俩个滚就可以捞了,不要煮太长时间,荞面易熟。放上卤就可以开吃了
