1新买来的豆腐在盐水中腌一下,切大片

5炸豆腐:豆腐在冷油中入锅(可防止粘锅和往外溅油),中火

6将豆腐炸至两面金黄捞出(炸的过程不要乱动豆腐,可以轻轻晃动锅子,豆腐就不会粘锅了,一面炸好后再翻面炸另一面)

7炸好的豆腐装入盘中,上锅蒸5分钟

8蒸豆腐的过程中来炒番茄肉末,热锅凉油,将肉丁炒至变色

9放入葱姜蒜末、五香粉略炒,放酱油、蚝油、盐略炒

10放入西红柿末,翻炒至汤汁变浓稠即可出锅

吃的时候最好用羹匙吃,连豆腐带肉末一起吃到嘴里,很好吃噢~~~
