小技巧
1、米线先泡软,捞出沥水尽量,这样炒的时候不会太多水 2、米线炒的时候不放水,但是可以喷少许料酒,增味 因为这里面放虾了,可以稍稍焖一会儿,别焖糊了啊哈 3、最后各种粉啊料啊,都搁进去,然后大火不停翻炒入味。。嘿嘿 4、用生抽不要用老抽哈。。。老抽颜色太黑了炒出来会。。。。 5、虾油可以稍稍多放点哦。。。鲜美啊。。。 6、虾基本上是不入味的,虾肉是原味,但是就著入味的米线吃,很赞!
