原料
低粉: 125克, 杏仁粉: 20克, 黄油: 45克, 鸡蛋: 25克, 糖粉: 35克, 泡打粉: 3克, 香草精: 几滴, 盐: 少许, 草莓果酱: 适量, 糖粉: 适量
步骤
1室温软化的黄油加入糖粉,用手动打蛋器搅至顺滑,颜色变浅

2分次加入鸡蛋液,充分搅拌均匀,加入香草精,搅匀

3低粉、杏仁粉、泡打粉跟盐一起混合过筛

4加入到黄油中拌匀,揉成面团后盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏1小时左右

5取出面团放入保鲜袋内,用擀面杖擀开成2mm厚的薄片

6用模具按压印出形状,再用一个较小的裱花嘴印出中心的空心形状(如图),一份空心,一份实心

7放入预热好170度的烤箱,上下火烤12分钟左右至表面均匀上色(使用长帝CRTF32K制作)

8放凉后取一块实心饼干在中心位置抹上果酱,再盖上一块空心的饼干
