原料
萝卜: 1根, 香菇: 8朵, 香肠: 3根, 盐: 适量, 粘米粉: 500克, 砂糖: 45克, 水: 360ml
步骤
1萝卜去皮刨成丝,冬菇,腊肠切成小粒备用
2锅里不放油,把腊肠放进去煸出油之后放冬菇,全程不放油

3接着把萝卜丝放进去一起炒,炒到萝卜丝开始变软,然后放盐,翻拌一下,关火,放凉备用。

7盘子要擦干水分,盘子抹上油,这样方便脱模,放进面糊

8开水放进锅里,蒸50-60分钟,筷子插进去比较结实,拿出来没有沾上面糊即可。关火撒上葱花,芝麻,盖上锅一两分钟,让葱花热一下,即可取出放凉。
