低筋面粉: 115g, 全蛋液: 15ml, 黄油: 75g, 糖粉: 60g, 蔓越莓干: 35g
步骤
1黄油隔水软化,加入糖粉(最好筛一下),搅拌均匀,不需要打发。加入15ml的全蛋液,搅拌均匀

2切碎蔓越莓干,往混合物中加入蔓越莓干搅拌均匀,再筛入低筋面粉,再次搅拌均匀成为面团。

3把面团放入模具,然后放进冰箱冰冻1小时。把冻硬的面团拿出来切成厚约0.7cm的面片

4把面片摆入烤盘,放进预热好的烤箱,上下火,165℃,中层,约20分钟
