1糯米粉适量,倒入一个干净的碗中

4面团分成小个压扁,平底锅放油,开始煎吧

6煎好放入一个碗中备用

7下面开始熬糖水啦,平底锅放少量油和白糖,小火慢炒,炒至糖完全溶化,成金黄色为止,然后加入半碗清水一起熬(加水时小心哦,容易飞溅)

8煎好的粑粑放入糖水中一起煮,两面都煮一下
