原料
西红柿: 1个, 胡萝卜: 适量, 玉米: 适量, 洋葱: 适量, 葱花: 适量, 鸡肉: 50克, 糙米饭: 100克, 糖: 适量, 番茄酱: 适量, 蚝油: 适量, 盐: 适量
步骤
1准备材料。鸡肉提前30分钟腌制好,番茄用热水烫好去皮,和胡萝卜,洋葱一起切成小丁

2热锅下适量油,用小火慢慢炒香洋葱丁(一定要小火噢,洋葱很容易焦掉)

3洋葱炒出香味后推到一边,加入鸡肉炒至发白

4加入番茄,胡萝卜和玉米,中火慢慢将蔬菜的水分炒干一点(一定要收收水,不然加入饭后会很糊)

5水分收得差不多后,加入适量盐,糖,番茄酱和蚝油调味,翻拌均匀

6加入糙米饭翻炒,收干水分
