步骤
1梅花肉1000g洗净切成3cm厚片,用松肉锤敲打成1~1.5cm薄片

2取一干净容器,先把2块红腐乳用生抽30g老抽30g解开,再放入白糖100g,五香粉5g,蒜粉10g,料酒30g,蚝油30g,红腐乳汁30g,叉烧酱4茶勺搅拌均匀

3把松好的梅花肉放入酱汁中,肉两面充分沾满酱汁后,盖上保鲜膜腌制一天

5用一不粘平底锅,大火烧热转中火,把腌好的肉两面煎一下,煎到变色就好

6把腌肉料汁倒入平底锅中,加入2大块冰糖,加入开水,要没过肉,搅拌均匀,盖上锅盖,小火煮30~40分钟
