1将蛋黄和蛋清分别打入两个干净无油无水的不锈钢盆中

2蛋黄中加入20克细砂糖,蛋清中加30克细砂糖

4蛋黄糖先用电动打蛋器搅拌均匀,接着加入玉米油和牛奶拌匀,最后筛入面粉,用电动打蛋器低速转匀即成蛋黄面糊

5将三分之一的蛋白霜混入蛋黄糊中拌匀,再将剩下的蛋白霜全部倒入翻拌均匀

6将混合好的面糊倒入模具中,轻震几下震出汽泡
