原料
黄油 50g: 糖粉 40g, 盐 1g: 香草精 少许, 低筋面粉 150g: 泡打粉 1g, 鸡蛋液 30g: 杏仁 30颗
步骤
1鸡蛋放到常温,黄油软化到室温(黄油软化到室温的标志是用手指轻轻的可以按下去)

2用手动打蛋器把鸡蛋搅拌均匀,鸡蛋液备用

3软化好的黄油加入盐和糖粉打发到发白

4分两次加入鸡蛋液(共倒入30g,分两次倒入),加入蛋液后用打蛋器充分打发。剩余蛋液留着备用。

5打发好后加入过筛的低筋面粉和泡打粉、少许香草精

6用刮刀翻拌均匀后,用手轻轻和成光亮的面团,将面团用保鲜袋装起来后放入冰箱冷藏半小时

7半小时后拿出面团,把面团分成10g一个的圆形小球

8拿一个小面条搓成细长条(要细一些,烤好会变粗)搓成手指的形状

9杏仁蘸一些鸡蛋液压在手指尖

10用牙线将搓好的手指面团压出纹路即可

11将做好的饼干放在铺有油纸的烤盘,将烤盘放入预热好的烤箱,上下火160度烤20分钟即可

小技巧
1、用手和面团时一定要轻轻地,不能用力去和,不然面团会起筋,做出来的饼干就不酥脆了
