步骤
1将低筋面粉,玉米淀粉,糖倒入锅里

2将牛奶倒入刚放入低粉的锅里搅拌均匀,如要美观可加一滴食用色素搅拌均匀

4鸡蛋打散稍微搅匀,蛋清不会挂在打蛋器上面就行了,别过度搅拌避免起泡

5黄油加热融化备用

6将刚搅拌均匀的牛奶液过筛倒入鸡蛋液中搅拌均匀

7这部最重要!!!先将一部分班戟液倒入融化好的黄油里搅拌均匀混合好再倒回班戟液锅里重新搅拌均匀!

8最后再过筛倒入新的锅里,班戟液就完成了!

9平底锅放电池炉用500小火,一次用一汤勺班戟液,发现坑洞及时填补保证班戟皮的完整!计时2分钟,发现班戟皮中间开始起泡说明熟了,再默等10秒离火,将皮倒入吸油纸上,继续重复步骤做下张皮!

10将做好的千层皮用保鲜膜包好放冷藏箱里,最好2天内用完!
