4汤锅内倒入适量清水(一次性加足)~ 待水煮温热放入排骨~ 加入葱段,姜片,倒入料酒~ 盖上盖子,大火烧开转小火焖煮30分钟~

5焖煮30分钟后放入蘑菇~ 加入精盐,味精,白胡椒粉,再继续小火焖煮30分钟~ 快出锅时撒入葱末~ 浓郁的排骨菌菇汤就做好啦~
