1鲫鱼两条洗净,沥干水分,备用!

3炒锅加热,热火凉油,油不要太多!!把火调小点。

小技巧
1 煎鱼时可以用厨房用纸把鱼身上的水分蘸干,煎的时候鱼肚子朝外,小心溅到身上! 2 记住冷水下锅! 3 鱼一定要煎,不煎汤不会呈现奶白色哦!
