步骤
1香蕉去皮放入保鲜袋中,用擀面杖敲打成泥状

2加入2个鸡蛋后搅拌均匀

6搅拌机低速拌匀,再中速搅拌至无干粉即可,不要过度搅拌(不然蛋糕就起筋不松软了)

7核桃切成小颗粒,2/3放入面糊中,也可全部放入面糊中

8模具铺上油纸,倒入面糊,8分满,表面撒上剩下1/3的核桃仁,烤箱预热180度(355)烤40~45分钟表面金黄
