1青椒、红椒、剁椒、大葱、蒜切丁;

2剁椒料里加些秘制黄豆酱更鲜;

3倒了点白酒去腥;

4葱姜蒜、青 椒、红椒、剁椒、白醋、生抽、海鲜酱、黄豆酱、盐、糖、猪油、白酒混合拌好腌制20分钟做成剁椒料;

5再加勺猪油拌匀;
