原料
低筋面粉: 200g, 黄油: 52g, 砂糖: 30g, 泡打粉: 2小匙, 盐: 1\2小匙, 牛奶: 100ml, 全蛋液: 少许(刷面用), 蔓越莓干: 40g
步骤
1混合好泡打粉、盐、糖、低粉
2黄油软化切碎,筛入混合好糖、泡打粉、盐的低粉,用手搓混合成砂子状;

3在黄油面粉中加入牛奶

4加蔓越莓干轻柔混合成黄油面团,包上保鲜膜放进冰箱松弛20分钟;

5擀成2~3cm厚的面皮,用模具或刀切成块;
