步骤
1将腌制雪里蕻清水浸泡淘洗干净(如咸味过重可延长浸泡时间以去盐),拧干水分备用

2炒锅加热不放油将雪菜倒入锅中翻炒,焙干水分盛出备用

3将鲜毛豆洗净备用,干红椒去蒂去籽切成椒圈,小葱洗净切末,蒜瓣去皮切末

4锅内注油加热,将毛豆倒入锅中中小火煸炒,煸至水分收干,外皮起皱焦香,将毛豆拨至锅边,就着锅内的底油将干红椒及蒜末倒入锅中央煸香

5将雪菜回锅,锅中喷入少许绍酒、调入海天草菇老抽、白砂糖,翻炒均匀,酌情稍稍加点水焖一会至酱汁稠浓
