3撕开豆腐盒子上面的膜,然后拉扯四周使豆腐脱模,小心的取出豆腐,切成这样。

4煸炒至肉片微焦

5把切好的豆腐轻轻倒进去

6不要翻动豆腐,接着倒料酒。不翻动一是为了煎起微焦的豆腐皮,二是豆腐太嫩容易碎,所以整个烧制的过程中都尽量不要翻动

7倒美味鲜,然后小心的翻动一下
