5刷子上抹黄油,刷满整一个模具的内壁

8在蛋黄里加入细砂糖,搅匀

14接下来打发蛋白,打发到有小弯钩,湿性发泡的样子就可以了。

15取三分之一的面糊到蛋白里,用翻拌的手法把它们混匀,然后再取二分之一的面糊到蛋白里混合均匀

16最后把面糊倒到蛋白里,充分翻拌均匀

17把面糊倒在模具里,倒到一半的时候,在桌子上磕几下
