步骤
1把材料准备好,莲藕切小丁,猪肉剁成肉末

2把剁好的肉末放料顺时计拌匀,拌10分钟左右,把莲藕丁加入肉末中拌匀

5热锅放油,把肉丸放入锅中(我油热后关火再放肉丸,又不怕过火慢点放也可以,全部放好后开小火)
