麵粉 400G, 雞蛋 2個, 淡奶 100G, 牛奶 50G, 胡蘿蔔, 土豆, 里嵴肉, 甜麵醬, 海鮮醬, 香茹醬

1正好家裡還多了些淡奶油,就用來和面了。400G麵粉加了2個雞蛋,100G淡奶,50G牛奶。做好的麵條很香,用清湯煮這個面會更好

2把麵糰揉至光滑,蓋上保鮮膜,醒半個小時左右

5壓過一次的面片,再兩片一起壓,慢慢壓成完整的麵皮,壓制過程中可以不斷撒粉,防止粘連
