原料
低筋麵粉 400g+100g揉面備用, 奶或水 200~220g, 黃糖或白糖 30~60g, 酵母(燕山) 6g, 杆面棍 1根
步驟
1酵母加奶里攪拌均勻,放旁邊幾分鐘

2稱400g麵粉和糖

3將步驟1倒入麵粉里,邊倒邊用筷子攪拌

10從盤裡拿出麵糰,板上撒點低筋麵粉,就可以開始揉了!

11麵糰由上向下摺疊,揉壓!轉90度,重複由上向下壓,同樣步驟揉到麵糰光滑,大概10分鐘左右!
