原料
油皮(16個的量), 麵粉230g, 豬油80g, 水102g, 油酥, 麵粉172g, 豬油86g, 餡料, 鹹鴨蛋黃16個, 豆沙400g, 高度白酒5g, 玉米油5g, 刷面, 雞蛋黃1個, 黑芝麻5g
步驟
1 把蛋黃先刷白酒等幾分鐘再刷一遍油,烤箱預熱180度烤5分鐘,放涼備用

2 把油皮材料混合,水量分幾次加入,揉至擴展,不要完全擴展,也就是還不用出膜,裝入保鮮袋松馳三十分鐘

3 把酥油材料混合,揉成團
