麵粉: 150G, 酵母粉: , 溫水: , 芝麻醬: , 油: 20G
步驟
1大碗盛100克麵粉,中碗盛50G麵粉,小碗是鋪了一層酵母粉的溫水

2將大碗裝的100G麵粉加溫水搓成麵糰,放在溫暖處發酵一個多小時,膨脹至兩倍左右,這就是水皮了

3用20G油加40G麵粉搓成油麵團(這個我忘了拍下來了),這就是油皮了

4將水皮麵糰攆成麵皮,將油麵團也攆成麵皮

5將油皮放在水皮上面,包起來,再像疊被子一樣疊起來

6再攆成麵皮,塗上一層芝麻醬

7再包起來,再疊,再攆,再塗

8反覆三四次後,切小件,搓圓,壓扁,在一面撒上芝麻

9平底鍋放少許油,將餅放入,蓋上鍋蓋,慢慢烙,一面烙黃了,再翻一面,再烙黃了,再翻面再烙一下就差不多了
