發麵團: 一塊, 肉泥: 視麵糰大小而定, 香蔥: 適量(味肉泥用), 料酒: 一調羹
步驟
1發麵團,發到麵糰里有蜂窩

2做餡料,把肉泥用料酒, 香蔥,鹽,醬油攪拌均勻,靜置10—15分鐘入味

3把發好的麵糰擀成一張餅皮,儘量薄一些

4把腌制好的陷料均勻塗在餅皮上

5把餅皮捲起來

6把卷好的餅皮切段

7起油鍋,烙餅,把切好的段放在油里壓扁,或者壓扁後放入油鍋,我是鍋里用平鏟勺壓扁的。
