2小心的掏空麵包內部

3雞胸肉洗乾淨後,用廚房紙吸干水份,切成大小適中的小條

4雞蛋打成液後,雞肉先滾上一層薄薄的的麵粉,再滾上一層蛋液,最後裹上麵包屑

5鍋熱後,倒入少許食用油,中火煎雞肉,至兩面金黃,稍微冷卻

6取兩片芝士,上面一塊的下部和下面一塊的上部重疊,放入炸好的雞肉,上下芝士摺疊起來

7小心的把雞肉芝士卷塞入挖空的麵包內

8所有的麵包都塞好芝士雞肉卷後,再切成小塊,再把所有麵包拼成原來法棍的模樣

9黃油融化後加入蒜末、歐芹末,攪拌均勻
