小技巧
1、捲起麵糰之後,收口出一定要捏緊,不然二發的時候麵糰會撐散裂開; 2、海苔肉鬆也可以換成原味肉鬆、芝麻肉鬆; 3、刷蛋液的時候不要刷太多,薄薄的一層即可; 4、烘烤的溫度和時間請根據自家烤箱適當調整。
